As Clarion Hotel Istanbul Mahmutbey, our main goal is to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction with our products and services. As we move towards this goal, the following items constitute our basic principles.
A long-term sustainability management system is implemented that addresses environmental, social, cultural, economic, quality, human rights, health, security, risk and crisis management issues appropriate to the size and scope of our hotel and directs continuous improvement.
Legal regulations
Clarion Hotel undertakes to comply with legal regulations regarding all its products, service operations and other activities.
In addition to working in compliance with legal regulations, our facility provides services at international standards. The standards applied are as follows.
"ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System" is available in our business as it contributes to our business by meeting and exceeding the expectations of our guests, staff and laws.
"ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System" is available in order to prepare and present hygienic and safe foods to our guests, especially to eliminate threats to Food Safety, and to contribute to our employees.
"ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System" is implemented in order to ensure continuous improvement along with complaint management by meeting guest satisfaction at the highest level.
We were entitled to receive the "Zero Waste Certificate" given within the scope of the zero waste project in 2022. We continue its continuity.-
