As Clarion Hotel, we welcome our guests with Turkish hospitality, not as a ‘customer’ but as a ‘guest’, and we deal with all their problems throughout their vacation. We are aware that the most important way to make a difference is to provide high-quality services to our guests and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Our hotel respects the intellectual property rights of its local people. We evaluate authentic elements of traditional and contemporary local culture in our cuisine, design and decoration.
- As Clarion Hotel, we provide access to information about the settlements, historical beauties, crafts and archaeological remains located near us through many communication channels in order to protect and promote our cultural heritage. We contribute to the recognition and development of the region on a global scale.
Since taking any material from touristic and historical places and taking it outside the area is against the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, no historical object should be taken from historical places, even as a souvenir.
Garbage should not be thrown in historical places, and fires should not be lit in historical places,
No historical object/structure should be climbed or destroyed,
Historical objects/structures should not be touched,
No historical objects or structures should be painted, written on or scribbled on.
We inform you that walking around in narrow and crowded places with large bags or backpacks may cause an object to fall or scratch or ruin a wall painting.
We inform our guests about transportation and entrances to touristic places.
Our hotel does not buy or sell historical and archaeological artifacts, does not mediate their trade, and does not exhibit them.
Our hotel prioritizes the promotion and consumption of local products. It puts forward innovative and creative practices to ensure sustainability in gastronomy in all its activities.
